Genesis Chapter 18

1 And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;

2 And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,

3 And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:

4 Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree:

Because before coming to the Earth, Jesus was with his Father in heavens. We can't know how many time before the very creation of the Earth Jesus already was close to his Father. And several days after being resurrected, he go back to the right hand of the Father (they aren't the same one).
Read John 17:5; Acts 7:55, 56 and Daniel 7:13, 14

The expression at John 8:58 is quite different from the one used at Exodus 3:14. Jesus did not use it as a name or a title but as a means of explaining his prehuman existence. Hence, note how some other Bible versions render John 8:58

1869: "From before Abraham was, I have been." The New Testament, by G. R. Noyes.

1935: "I existed before Abraham was born!" The Bible—An American Translation, by J. M. P. Smith and E. J. Goodspeed.

1965: "Before Abraham was born, I was already the one that I am." Das Neue Testament, by Jörg Zink.

1981: "I was alive before Abraham was born!" The Simple English Bible.

1984: "Before Abraham came into existence, I have been." New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures.

Thus, the real thought of the Greek used here is that God's created "firstborn," Jesus, had existed long before Abraham was born.—Colossians 1:15; Proverbs 8:22, 23, 30; Revelation 3:14.

Again, the context shows this to be the correct understanding. This time the Jews wanted to stone Jesus for claiming to "have seen Abraham" although, as they said, he was not yet 50 years old. (Verse 57) Jesus' natural response was to tell the truth about his age. So he naturally told them that he "was alive before Abraham was born!"

Those who insist that Jesus was claiming to be God are making him into a liar because at John 10:36, he told his enemies that he was God's Son. Also, at John 17:3, Jesus called his Father the only true God. Jesus NEVER called himself God.

Now please understand that anyone can say the words "I am" and it does not mean that he is claiming to be God. Someone could say, "I am over here." That is not claiming the divine name. Likewise, someone could say, "I am hungry," or "I am sick." Neither example is claiming divinity because the use of term "I am" in context clearly shows us that is not what is occurring. But, in John 8:58 when Jesus said "before Abraham was born, I am," the Jews knew exactly what he was saying. Notice that he says before Abraham was born (using the past tense) and then he switches to the present tense when he says "I am." Jesus switches tenses of the verbs on purpose so that when he does so in the context of referencing Abraham, Jesus is clearly drawing the Jews' attention to the Old Testament Scriptures and then using a present tense form of the verb "to be" by saying "I AM". Someone who says "I am hungry" is not drawing attention to the Old Testament Scriptures for context.
Jesus was clearly causing the Jews to reflect upon the divine name "I am" that Jesus used for himself. We know that they understood this because as is said above, they said, "You, being a man, make yourself out to be God," (John 10:33).

God in the Burning Bush revelation in Exodus 3:14 reveals His name "I am who I am" to Moses. Then says "This is what you are to say to the Israelites, "I AM has sent me to you".

Hence Jesus the Anointed One (Messiah/Christ) is saying He is God. Thats why the prologue to the gospel of John says "the Word was with God and the Word was God".

For the same reason John 1.1 says the Word was with God.

Jesus is God, He was there at creation and is there now. Jesus didn't come into existence at Bethlehem, He has always existed.

It was because Jesus Christ was among the first angels ever created...... And that is a biblical correct answer...... So yes Jesus Christ was there when God said lets create man in our image... Another biblical truth is that Jesus Christ is also a servant and the son of God.... But Jesus Christ is not God and he has stated that several times in the bible......................
