Is it the Buffalo chicken breast? It looks orangey, but tastes like hot sauce. They cook it in hot sauce and it sure is good. It's all I get at the deli now.

you could add orange or lemon slices to the pot for that citrusy flavor.

Crock Pot Deli Chicken

3 lbs chicken
olive oil
Lawry's Seasoned Salt, no substitutes
aluminum foil

Clean chicken inside and out.
Spray with olive oil.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Spray inside of crock pot with PAM.

Note: Don't put any water in the crock. Roll 3 or 4 wads of foil and put them in the bottom of the crock. The chicken is going to sit on these. Put chicken in the crock on top of aluminum balls. The chicken's breast will be on the foil. Cook on high (won't come out the same on low) 4-6 hours. You have to use the foil to get the deli taste. This chicken tastes very close to the one you would buy precooked at the deli.

Found this recipe that you might be able to use to duplicate it at home:
Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespon hot pepper sauce or more
lettuce leaves
4 sandwich rolls, split

Pound chicken to flatten slightly. Coat chicken with salad dressing,
dip in flour.

in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken.
Saute 10 minutes, turning once. Remove from heat. Remove chicken,
set aside. Add pepper sauce to butter left in skillet and heat over
medium heat. Add chicken, turn to coat. Cook chicken an additional
1 to 2 minutes.

Serve on toasted buns with lettuce, top with more blue cheese
dressing.

Enjoy!
