Eat dairy. Haha. Why on earth would you want to go off dairy? (Unless you have some medical reason of course.) Good luck on that!

Personally, I don't see dairy as real food. Here are some sites you might find interesting.

A lot of orange juice now comes calcium fortified. I also noticed my son's apple juice was also.
