I've worked with the best guys I've known from Virginia Tech, U of WA, Seattle, U of Missouri, Rolla, Northwestern in Chicago and U of Wisconsin, Madison. I think U of MO, Rolla is the best cause I'm from there. (of course we all know deep down that M.I.T. is really the best)

Too many to list. Narrow your search down to a region in America that you want to go to and then research schools in that area. There are good colleges throughout the U.S. but go somewhere that you will enjoy. Things to consider are climate, cost of living, social atmosphere, and job market after you graduate. You should be able to pick an area like California for example. Within California, there are at least 10 top tier engineering schools in EE that all have different advantages and disadvantages.

There are quite a few, but as always the good ones are hard to get into.... The absolute 2 best are MIT and Cooper Union. Cooper Union is free.... but you have to be an absolute genius to get in...
