My long suffering husband is being hurled forever from one point on the globe to another. Before he can even contemplate jetlag, he's off to yet another continent. I don't always get to join him, and I love to make comfort food for him upon his return. Katsudon (pork cutlette domburi) or Pho Bo Vien (beef meatball soup)

I think it depends on where he has BEEN recently. Obviously if you want to make him comfort food that he enjoys, keep away from the region of the world where he's been lately.

Of course, it all depends on what his favourite food is right?

I'm Italian and live in America, yet when I get back from Italy I still find myself craving Italian food sometimes.

Of course Oysters are a nice thing to eat and offer romantic benefits if you believe the folklore and research!

;-)

Have a nice evening no matter what you cook!
