take her to a romantic place. or if she's having trouble due to stress maybe thats why she doesn't want to do it. Talk to her and ask her how you can help.

Why don't you try listening to her. Ask her if theres anything that she needs to talk about. Assure her that you're there for her and only her..Rub her feet sometimes, or run her bath water..Those are things that would make her feel closer to you.. Comfort/hold her if she needs it..Let her know that she can trust you..kiss her nose or her eyes, without even intending on going any further..(Unless she insists.)Let her know that everything will be o.k. and how much you love her and tell her the things that you love about her..These are some things that i want my boyfriend to do for me.. He too loves to have sex and wants it ALL the time, but he on the other hand is mean to me.. He doesn't cheat, but thats not enough. I wish he too would do things for me. I want hime to take out time just for me..Cause i know i deserve it. He doesn't listen to me and thats another reason why i don't want to have sex as often as he..Intimacy is more than a physical thing, its mental, and emotional..

If you Love her, then sit down and talk about it together. Be honest, but don't try to force her into anything that she doesn't want to do.
If you don't Love her - then move on. Breaking up with someone is FAR less painful than cheating...
It sounds like she may prefer Quality over Quantity - she is looking for romance and Lovemaking, while your thoughts are more along the lines of "anytime you are in the mood". Both perspectives are valid ones - it's trying to find that happy "middle ground" that both of you are comfortable with that is key :)

Get her to relax more. Help her with her chores that keep her mind so occupied so she can relax and enjoy time with you. It's not all about sex, you know. Women like to be held, and cuddled and have their hair stroked, back massage, foot massage, run a bath for her with candles and aromatherapy, play soft music while she bathes, open a bottle of champagne and have it on ice with two glasses ready in the bedroom. Don't just always want to get right down to business. Take lots of time to woo her and seduce her.

all that stuff on the mind is a smoke screen, if the shoe were on the other foot how would you help your partner. Would you recognize the problem and offer a solution or would you just act like it was your problem to deal with. Helping one another is what partners do and when there is imbalance good partners help restore balance. Other partners just think that their needs should set the standard or pattern regardless of the frequency and that a solution is not necessary as it is not their problem. hhhmmmm, maybe she is trying to tell you something like she does not need your help with things and she will deal with them herself as she is obviously asking you to do. follow the standard and when there is a problem she has let her deal with it.

First things first. If she follows this routine long enough that is all she will be left with, family, work, money, et cetera. It gets cold out there when those other things fade, and they will.

if you want sex then get flirty and fresh with her. show her you're in a sexual mood and there's no stopping you.
if she's a cold fish then i'd move on. then again most girl are not cold fish when you're already in a relationship with them. they enjoy sex as much as guys.
also are you sure you're good in bed? honestly ask yourself that.
also your partner should not be giving you sex whenever she wants. it has to be mutual.
