You can find won ton wrappers at Asian Markets. If you go to your grocery store it's probably in the veggie area where they carry "ethnic" items.

Most won tons use ground pork with shrimp, or just ground pork. I wouldn't recommend using beef.

Depends on your store. In the store I go to the wonton wrappers are next to the produce where the tofu and such are. But I have seen them in the freezer section. For the shredded beef you will have to make it yourself. The chepest way would probably be to buy a pot roast, cook it for a really long time and then shread.

wontons are back in the cheese and deli type area. Shredded beef can be found by asking the butcher.

I just had the same problem with egg roll wrappers. This is what I did..I used what I wanted, then wrapped the leftovers in saran wrap, and popped it into a ziplock bag with a damp paper towel, so they don't dry out. They should be good until early next week..but not any longer. Or just freeze them.
