Make chili out of the ground beef - brown the beef, add garlic and onion, add tomatoes and pinto beans and chili powder.
Serve with steamed rice or the corn.

For the pie, sweeten the yogurt with the brown sugar, add some vanilla. Layer in the pie shell with sliced sweetened fruit.

Pork Chop and Rice Casserole

Pork Chops
Oil for browning
One cup rice
One can cream of mushroom soup
One can water
Paprika

Brown pork chops in a little oil. You can season them with salt and pepper first if you wish.

Meanwhile, spread rice in the bottom of a baking casserole that has been oiled or sprayed with Pam. Mix soup and water. Place browned pork chops on top of rice. Pour mushroom soup mix over all. If it's thick, just use a spoon and plop it over everything. It will spread out as it heats. Sprinkle with paprika if you have it.

Bake uncovered at 450 about 45 minutes until rice has absorbed all the soup and is done.

This is easy and really quite delicious. The creamy rice is the best part.

Sorry, can't help with the pie, though, I'm not much of a pie baker.

Bake the pork chops in the oven with the cream of mushroom soup poured over them. Then combine the browned ground beef with the pinto beans & canned tomatoes - cook altogether for a nice side dish. Serve the pork chops on top of the cooked rice and heat the corn for another side dish and serve the carrots raw. Can't help you with the pie - I don't bake.

Hamburger Jazz
An easy dish with ground beef, tomatoes and rice

* 1 pound ground beef
* 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
* 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
* 1/2 cup long grain white rice
* 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* salt and pepper to taste

1. Crumble the ground beef into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Drain off grease, and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, tomatoes, and uncooked rice. Cover, and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until rice is cooked, about 15 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven's broiler. When the rice is done cooking, transfer the contents of the skillet to a casserole dish. Cover with a layer of cheese.
3. Broil until the cheese is melted and toasty. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!

Make spanish rice, fry your rice in veg oil unitl golden than add a can of tomatoe, water salt, cumin and garlic let it boil until soft.
