Asian people eat a lot of rice, like just about everyday. I don't see many fat Asain people, but full of energies people. Maybe yes, rice have a lot of calories.

Not really, but it does have a lot of carbs.

Brown rice is the best kind for you (it tastes good too)

depends on what kind it is. is it rice-a-roni or just plain brown rice?

the rice itself isn't bad for you put the additives are.

it is a lot of carbs though!
