Not long, maybe 7 months. It was just right.

4 and a half years.
- because at least one of us had to finish school for financial purposes.
- we needed to save up and eliminate any debt we had so we could have a fresh start.
- to get to know each other better and hash out our differences and find middle ground about topics from finances, politics, religion, customs, traditions, etc.
Been married for a year and a half and things have been soooooooo smooth and HAPPY! We were engaged for 2 months and then got married. I planned our wedding in about a month and a half but it was perfect!

I've been dating a guy for 3 years and we don't plan on getting married for about another 3. I'm not saying that is right for everyone but in our case we just want to get to the right point in our lives and make sure we are ready for such a commitment!

its different for everyone... i had a gf that got married after 90 days... most people are around the 6 month to a year mark then a 6months to plan the wedding

first time for 1year. (but knew him since youth) really didnt want to get married so soon but my bf at the time wanted to have kids from me...so we got married.
not a good reason to get married, but..!!!
second time 7mos...also wasnt ready for marriage....
sometimes we marry for the wrong reasons like just because our bf wants to get married.

every body diff rent so depend on person how much you smart to know other person.when you find what you expect from your partner.than you ready for marriage.some time 3 months or 6 or 1year or more.

im not married yet and dont have a boyfriend at this point...but i dont rele care about marriage rite now coz im worrried about my career and wana be a runway model..afta high school
