There are over the counter sprays that you can use. Basically jock itch is a fungal type growth, a lot like a woman gets a yeast infection (I bet you men out there are real thrilled to hear that) so you need to find something that will kill fungals. Try lotrimin that is what my husband has used and follow the instructions on the label. Once you are rid of the initial itch I would recommend using a cornstarch based powder, and try to get out of the wet sweaty clothes as soon as possible and dry the area well, and take a shower to wash the body sweat off asap. Basically the growth of the fungus is due to being in the sweaty clothes for an extended amount of time, which just inhibits the growth...I know EWWW gross, but it's true.

there are over the counter treatments that you can get at any drug store. If you can't find it just ask the pharmacist, they deal with such things every single day. In future, wash every morning, apply a goodly amount of baby powder (the unscented variety) to the region to help absorb the sweat, and of course wash every afternoon when you get home.
