hes really quiet , he never talks to me but he always looks behind and stares at me right in the eyes for like 3 or 4 seconds and then he looks at the clock and then turns back around, he does this like 10 times per class, he pretends to look at the clock and then stares at me, soon people caught on and i think they started makin fun of him and he stopped, do you think he liked me?

Yes.
If you are interested, make friendly eye contact with him once per class when he does this, for a couple seconds then go back to paying attention to the teacher or your book. Don't make a big deal of it, he'll know you're aware of his interest and that you just may be interested.
If you aren't interested, just be normal and get back to the teacher or your book.
As far as people catching on is concerned pretend you haven't noticed anything odd in his behaviour. It's none of their business anyway.

I'd say he probably likes you unless of course he'd noticed you'd a dirty mark on your face. It's sometimes a good idea to have a look in a mirror to see if there's any reason why a person might have been looking at you.

It's definitely a possibility. Just make sure to hold his stare. If people make fun of him, tell them to stop. And if you really want to know...ask him. I know you've got the guts somewhere deep inside.
