Oh you have my mouth watering! In my personal opinion.. I would have to say medium rare. Medium rare steak has the perfect balance of tenderness, & full flavor. Meat that is over cooked loses most of its flavor, along with the tenderness & juices. I love a perfect bite of a perfectly cooked steak, bursting with natural flavor! Oh man you made me hungry!
