HI.. this is a teaching of the Morman followers. it is not written any place in the bible. Here let me show you something..
Old Morman Teaching
The Mormon founder taught that faithful Mormon men can ascend to divinity. In the King Follett Discourse, Joseph Smith said, "My Father worked out his kingdom with fear and trembling, and I must do the same. And when I get to my kingdom [godhood], I shall present it to my Father, so that he may obtain kingdom upon kingdom, and it will exalt him in glory. He will then take a higher exaltation, and I will take his place, and thereby become exalted myself."
Mormonism teaches a different God, a different Jesus, a different heaven and hell, [a different salvation, and emphasizes a different authority for belief. They often use the same terms Christians use, but with different definitions.
Joseph Fielding Smith Jr., Doctrines of Salvation, Vol.1, p.97 - p.98ALL EXALTED MEN BECOME GODS. To believe that Adam is a god should not be strange to any person who accepts the Bible. When Jesus was accused of blasphemy because he claimed to be the Son of God, he answered the Jews: "Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?"
Joseph Smith taught a plurality of gods, and that man by obeying the commandments of God and keeping the whole law will eventually reach the power and exaltation by which he also will become a god.
It was in 1822: Mormons founded by Joseph Smith, who made his appearance with supposed revelations in 1822.
No wear at all does it mention this in the bible. Only in the book of Morman

Nope, it's a mormon (church of latter-day saints) belief... a short way of saying that it's heresy that has nothing to do with the Bible or the true God.
Mormons are usually excellent believers, but sometimes of the wrong stuff. Sociologists could hold them up as an example of an effective coupling of lifestyle and faith. If this can be done with a theology so deficient and ridiculous, it really holds Christians to account for doing less with more.

Hey...
I have never heard of that in the Holy Bible. However I do believe that is in the book of mormon. I think the Mormons (Not Christians) believe that when they die (if they attain perfection) will become god's of their own planet.... the men will be gods, the women will be forever pregnant goddesses..I am not making this up..I know it sounds extreme..I am not sure if this is talked about in the book of mormon, but it is a teaching that they have.... I only read the Holy Bible. But I do have family members in the mormon church...so I am not clueless in this,,, and I am so glad to be a Christian...
The Book Of Mormon is something that Joseph Smith wrote....

In the bible there is Cain and Able and Able hearded his sheep and tended his garden and God was very pleased with the young man. His brother Cain killed him in jealousy.
From what I understand we will all have are own something like what Able had, however your wealth was measured in sheep and land growth and stuff like that back then so I'm not sure.
But I don't think I'd mind being a farmer in heaven.

We will all be different, that is the ones who will make it to heaven. Read 1 Corinthians 15:35-50. I think what he may be saying is that we "could " be in charge of certain things in accordance with parable of the Talents found in Matthew 25:14-30.

I can only give you the Jewish perspective, as illustrated in the OT. It is the hallmark of pagan, idolatrous faiths, to confuse God with human beings, either that God becomes human, or that humans become God. In Biblical history, one sees this confusion with Pharaoh, and with Haman (boo, hiss!), as well as with Antiochus, the Assyrian King against whom the Maccabbees rebelled. Furthermore, as one example, in Hosea 11:9 God tell us, "For I am God and not a man."

I am sure you can find some religion that has a "bible" that states this.
I am not an expert on the Mormon religion, but I think this is their teaching, to some degree.
The "Bible" does not state this anywhere or in any context.

All I can say is that it isn't in the King James Version. That's just completely illogical if you are a Christian. Monotheistic means one, so how can you be a god if you're only supposed to have one god as a Christian.

No it doesn't. That is a lie from Hell and the devil and found in the Book of Mormon. Don't listen to it. When we die, if we are saved, we go to Heaven, if we reject Jesus, we go to Hell. There's no other God than God.
