Pale shades of blues will be very calming and soothing. You can also use pale greens. Whenever a guest wants calming colors those are the shades I show them!
Don't forget to take the samples home and see them in the room both during the day and at night. The color will look very different in your home than it does in the store. Some paint companies even offer 2 oz sample jars so you can paint a section of the wall. $3 for a sample bets 20 plus dollars for a gallon of paint you can't stand!

The experts claim green is the most calming color. I'd go for a mint green although pea green is very hot right now in home furnishings.

A very pale yellow or mint green with white trim and with billowing white curtains make the room feel cool and calm.

a soft yellow or a sage green. stick with earth tone colors and make sure you place a lot of plants in the sun room, they make a huge difference.

i think a light green might look nice or a light blue might also. those colors seem to calm me... hope this helps and good luck...
