Well, since it's hot out today (106 f) I'm making "summer nachos". I spread the tortillas chips out on a cookie sheet, shred on pepper jack and cheddar cheese and bake until the cheese melts. Then I turn off the oven and let the chips/cheese sit until it's cooled. Then I smother the chips and cheese with dollops of sour cream and guacamole, layer on diced tomatos, sweet onion and pickled jalapeno slices. Lastly, I mound on some shredded lettuce. SUMMER NACHOS! YUM

It's just me, and I'm still not used to it being just me so I hate eating alone, this said, I rarely cook anymore although I love to. I'll probably just do what I do every night... go into the kitchen and open the fridge and cabinet doors and just stare, then after about the 15th time I'll settle on graham crackers with redi whip or a can of spaghetti

I am making hotdogs on the grille. I make my own sauce. I use Manwich with finely ground beef. I doctor the sauce up with chopped onions, green peppers, and sweeten it with dark brown sugar. A little mustard on top and cheese under the weiner and you have a meal. Two will fill you up! Try it!
