Sometimes when you are going through a growth spurt your body needs more nutrition than normal. Make sure you are eating lots of healthy foods like fruits and veggies and lean protein (chicken and fish). Regular exercise also helps to boost your energy level.

Talk to you mom about trying out some new recipes and maybe help her out in the kitchen so you can learn about proper nutrition. If you don't feel better soon, make sure you ask your parents about it. They might want you to see a doctor just to make sure it's not something more serious.

It sounds like you are at a healthy weight - keep up the good work!

Good luck!

It sounds like you need to see a Doctor since you eat right, drink plenty of fluids. You could use a good check up. Sometimes when you have any kind of sickness in the body then you will feel very tired and a good Doctor will run blood test on you to find what could be causing you to feel so tired also. You may be depressed and this is something that will make feel so tired you will have no energy and you will most likely not feel like doing to much if you are depressed. I am just throwing something out there right now as an example to you. I don't know what's wrong with you of course. You can also read your Bible and you know this can help you to feel so good. This Book is very interesting also. It tells us so many interesting facts that can be help-full to everyday living to. Once you start to be filled with the Holy Ghost then you begin to change from within and you will know what to do on certain aspects of your life. I still think it would be good to see a good Doctor since God does give men the knowledge to be Doctors. That must mean that God knew that we would certainly need Doctors since he, Jesus Christ was not going to be in the world with us. So I hope you will start to read your Bible and also, go have some blood test done to see what's making you feel so tired. God Bless You and remember to always fight the good fight!

you can eat small meals every 2-3 hours (5-6 small meals a day) which will give your body energy when it needs it and no have any extra left to store in fat reserves (which happens when you eat 3 big meals a day)
you can also exercise - it will give you more energy as well (although it might not seem that way before exercising but you will feel difference wright after working out) - do cardio 30-50min at least 3 days a week and do some weight training to gain a bit of muscle.
and if you want you can take some B-complex vitamins - they give energy as well

EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE. Exercising daily is the best way to boost your all around energy for the day. I've been a swimmer now for about 8 years and my energy levels are amazing I can wait up bright and early no problem. Try to go for 8 hours of rest also.
