i went for an allergy test today and have been given a list of e numbers to avoid. anyone know of a good site which will tell me what e numbers are in what foods?

E numbers are only in processed/manufatured foods, and should be listed on the label under "Ingredients"

but be careful because e numbers also have names so you need to find a list of the names of e numbers so yuo can double check any thing when your shopping.

Read the labels.

If the food is natrail then there are no e numbers in it
