Did you have previous medical insurance? If so, provide proof of your prior coverage effective & termination date to your new carrier.
If not, you can appeal the denials... Write an appeal/letter asking them to reconsider your claims & attach your EOBs or bill from the provider. Send them to your insurance company. Then, pray. A lot. Begging can't hurt either. Good luck

You can appeal with the company if you think it should be covered. However, most companies will not cover pre-existing conditions for a certain period of time. You can find out how long by contacting your agent.

Well, you can try shopping around to see if there is a carrier out there willing to cover it, at a higher premium, but depending on what it is, you could VERY well end up having to exclude coverage for that condition.
