I've heard about this kind of thing and it's supposed to clear away toxins in your body and clear your system, it was even on the news a long while ago but I was wondering if anyone's really tried it.

I'm not really looking to loose a lot of weight I'm fairly thin, but it's also said to clear skin impurities, and that's mostly what I'm looking for, so the "Why don't you just diet and exercise" answers are un-needed.

Has anyone here tried it, and If you did what were your results ?
Thanks sooo much !

I think as long as you drink a lot of water and eat a healthy diet, your body does a good job of cleaning out these so-called toxins. This whole "toxin cleaning" thing is overrated. We don't have tons of toxins running through our bodies, or we'd all be sick all the time. If you don't put crap into your body (junk food), you shouldn't have that many toxins to cleanse.

your body cleans itself out with dietary fiber you get from food - all these "cleansing" diets are not needed.
just make healthy food choices, eat fresh, unprocessed food and your body/skin will be fine.
