Okay, you definetley need to see a psychiatrist regularly. Print out what you just wrote and give it to her. And accept the meds. They'll give you much needed help. You are not alone. This is life. You are human. Put yourself back on a schedule. This is going to take a lot of self-motivation on your part. Get in a rehabilitation program and join an anonymous group for drug addicts. I have a feeling a lot of your spasms are being caused by the drugs. They probably ****** your body up. Get close friends and family to help you out with this. They want to help you. And if you're convinced they don't, then find people who will want to help you. Stop projecting this negative energy or you'll get "MS and stomach cancer and other deadly diseases". Optimism is the only way to go right now. Eat healthily. Really make yourself do it. Or have someone else make you, like your girlfriend or your mom or someone. You need someone to support you. Doing it alone will give you too much opportunity to fall back into old habits. Get some passion in your life. Find a reason to live. It sounds cliche but it's absolutley true. Good luck. I wish you the best.
