I bought a frozen meal (Banquet) and accidentally placed it in the normal compartment of the fridge rather than the freezer. It's been in there for about almost two days? If i take it out, should i still eat it? would the contents inside still be safe or "fresh" (frozen meals can't really be called fresh) to eat?
:S

It should be safe to eat if you placed it directly in the fridge.
You just need to adjust the cooking time.

The cold temperatures discourages any bacterial growth.

However, I'd recommend eating it soon. Treat the meal as you would any other refrigerated food, such as, fresh meat or cooked leftovers.

Sure, it's okay. Cook it soon, and at a lower temperature.
