You are too young to have a boyfriend of 27. That's probably one issue you and your parents fight about. Set aside all your emotions and your stubborn need for independence. Set aside this relationship with no future with a man of 27. Take out a piece of paper and calmly and rationally write down the positive points about living with your parents (like no bills to pay) and the negative points about living with your parents. Take another piece of paper and write the positive points about being legally free of your parents and the negative points about being legally free.
If you go live with your boyfriend you have traded two parents for one. At your age, he would have to take on the role of parent for many aspects of your relationship. If you want to leave home, you should come up with a plan on how to live completely on your own. It starts with having some kind of education to get a job that pays well enough for you to pay for your own rent, utilities, medical bills, insurance, car, food, clothes, etc.
What have you been fighting about? Is it just a power struggle or some legitimate issues? Instead of trying to run away from your problems, you need to resolve them. If you don't, you bring the problems and issues into every relationship that you are in.

First question is your 16 with a 27 yr old boyfriend? My guess that may be some of the reasons you and your parents are fighting. Most parents are just trying to look out for their children and their best interests. Sit down really talk with them without being defenses. See what the real problem is.

No, I wanted to get emancipated when I was 16 cuz my mom and dad left me to live with my older sister and I think its best to just go to school and try to deal with it for a couple more years.

You're too young and he's too old. BTW, fighting with your parents from 12 to 16 is perfectly normal.

you are the child and they are the parent. you are not always suppose to get along, but you are suppose to respect them. a judge is not going to allow you to be emancipated because you do not get along with your parents. you have to be abused or something else horrible for that to happen.
do your parents and you not get along because of the 27 year old boyfriend? because then i would really not go to a judge, he is going to throw his butt in jail. please make better decisions.

well i can understand why you're fighting with your folks. dating a 27 yr old is not only stupid, it's illegal. dump the b.f.(i have to wonder what he's doing with a 16 yr old), and listen to your parents.
