In Castilian (Spanish) the word is roble, pronounced roh-bleh.
Cafe Roble has a very distinguished timbre to it, is foreign sounding and it would make a great name for your cafe! Other good options would be; La Casa del Roble, Roble Cafe, or the Roble Coffee House. Good luck on your endeavor to open a new business!
