i think i am in love with my uncle he is so hot all i do is think about him please help me could i have mental problems

Dear shore...........this is probably under the category of "infatuation". While fantasies are normal for anyone of any age, you are inviting certain disaster if you decide to act on any of them. You asked if you could have mental problems.....I doubt it but you certainly could end up with them if this type of relationship ever developed.

I guess it would really depend on how old you are. I take it that you are probably between 12-16 and your uncle is roughly the same age as your dad, or oldest brother (or someone else that you are very close to family wise). Aside from him being 'hot' you are probably developing a common infatuation based on unfulfilled needs as a baby or small child. Its not a mental problem. Read up on some of Sigmund Freud's theories.
Conversely, if you are older than say... 25? 30? you might have issues.

Wow he is your uncle. Stay away from him. No this does not mean you have mental problems but, you shouldn't think of any relative this way. You do need to talk to someone I recommend it not be a family member. Someone who can have a biast opinion and not blow up at you. But, don't act on these feelings you could cause a tital wave of problems for you and your family. And please don't even say the word uncle and hot in the same sentance.

It sounds to me like it is not love, but LUST you are experiencing. It is immoral and inappropriate to lust over a family member. Go take a cold shower and get you mind off your crotch. Go to school and get an education. There are more important things to think about than physical excitement. Get your mind out of the gutter. That is where it is right now.
