i just have her, her mom said she dosn't care what time i pick her up so i chose to pick her up right when i get off work, the only reason, she gets her is because i have to go to work in the morning, when i do pick her up, her mom is useally asleep and i just take her from the babysitter, she dosnt care when i have her but she refuses to sign the papers to give me even joint custody, if i had the money i would get a lawyer but right now i cant afford it, im paying for everything for the baby, not that im complianing, but i dont know what else to do, with no money its kinda hard, i couldn't imagin how her life would be if i wasn't in it

Document everything. You can legally tape a conversation, as long as one person knows about it, which would be you. Take her back to court and get custody.

you'll have to go back to court but i gotta tell you, unless her mom is really bad, you probably won't get what you're seeking.
EDIT-read your addition. call legal aid in your county. it's still going to be tough but see if they can help you with a lawyer/costs. if a judge orders this, you won't have to worry about her signing any papers. best of luck to you and your daughter.

Yes, you just go to the courts and ask for full custody so you don't have to pay child support.

Why? For tax purposes or child support? You DO have your daughter more, so that should be considered. But for what purpose?
