Yes, those sunlight giving specs they wear in the dark north. it stops them going crazier than they already are. I've been scouring eBay !!!!!!

don't think there is a total cure for S.A.D but exercise and good diet help..also try get out in the sun or just out in the air as much as possible..you can also get light boxes which are supposed to be a great help..best of luck

Not exactly a cure but light boxes, fresh air, sunlight, holidays in the sun, good diet (including carbs), exercise, and having a dam good karaoke/pub quiz/dance/snog/whatever floats your boat every now and then, all help

you can buy these light boxes that you sit in front of for like 30 mins every day which trick your brain into getting happier because light deprivation is a big factor
