I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

Lastly and most importantly, knows how to let a man be a man, but can speak up when things arent going in the right direction.

personality wise: not too serious.. definately playful, but dont overdo that either. a nice tip in being playful is to not always say the same stuff.. variety helps a bunch.
looks wise: well.. what can i say.. hot. not out of shape.. nice face.. **** and *** dont matter as much as face to me

i like brunettes. a girl that can be serious at times when it matter but very very playful. spontanious and very unpredictable, honest and loyal. also someone that can take care of themselves like fighting with guys cause i know girls tat can so less worry for me
