Powerball question?

I was wondering if you get the first or second number wrong, does it still count as a 3 out 5 win if you got 3 numbers right in the order they were drawn? Just curious....may have won $28 haha but wasnt sure

they don't have to be in order to win. just have the numbers that are drawn to win.

Order doesn't matter. You just have to have selected numbers that match those drawn, except for the powerball of course.
