once your noodles are done, put them to the side (most of water drained), then take some chicken breast and dice and cook them, then add the chicken and the seasons to the noodles, stir them together, put the mixture back on the flame, then add some eggs in it, just crack them straight from the shell into the pot. always stir so it doesnt burn then when its done cooking and its mixed well, add some teriaki/soy sauce to it....its like a chinese spin to ramen noodles...you can use chicken or beef flavored!

Ramen Noodle Frittata serves 4
INGREDIENTS
2 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
6 eggs
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Place noodles in a saucepan filled with boiling water, reserving the seasoning packet. Cook until tender, and drain. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and seasoning packets from the noodles. Mix in noodles.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the noodle mixture, and cook over medium-low heat until firm, 5 to 7 minutes. Cut into fourths, and turn over to brown the other side for 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top, and serve.
Ramen Noodle Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 (3 ounce) package chicken flavored ramen noodles
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/8 red onion, diced
1/8 green bell pepper, diced
1 ounce frozen green peas
1/4 cup mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
Break noodles and cook as directed on package. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the noodles, celery, water chestnuts, red onion, bell pepper and peas.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise and ramen noodle seasoning mix. Pour over noodle mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate until chilled and serve
Beef with Ramen Noodles
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup beef broth, divided
1 (3 ounce) package beef ramen noodles
1/2 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 (15 ounce) can baby corn, drained and rinsed
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup grated carrot
2 green onions cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup peanuts
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons broth until smooth; set aside. Set aside seasoning packet from noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions.
In a skillet, stir-fry beef in oil. Add soy sauce; cook for 3-4 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Drain noodles; add to beef.
Stir in the corn, broccoli, red pepper, carrot, onions and remaining broth. Sprinkle contents of seasoning packet over all.
Cook for 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir reserved cornstarch mixture and add to skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Sprinkle with peanuts.

my mom makes this really good salad with ramen noodles in it i don't know the recipe but she puts the ramen noodles in it and it is really good.

RAMEN NOODLE STIR-FRY
INGREDIENTS
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles
1 1/2 cups hot water
8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch strips
2 teaspoons canola oil, divided
1 large green pepper, cubed
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
1 small tomato, cut into wedges
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, place noodles in hot water for 2 minutes; drain and set aside. Discard seasoning package or save for another use. In a large nonstick skillet, stir-fry chicken in 1 teaspoon oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Stir-fry the green pepper, onion and garlic in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, seasoning blend and noodles; toss gently. Add tomato; heat through.

**wow, you reminded me of myself when i was in my early months of pregnancy..ate a lot of noodles and rice and bread..mostly white stuff!even the ice cream had to be vanilla..juice was nothin but pineapple, and lots of pears!lol!
i thought when my baby comes out she would be fair-skinned from all the food i ate,..but no, she was kinda dark.hehehe
