I have been dating a guy for three months. We decided that since he was at the tailend of his divorce we would just take away the pressures of BF/GF... but continue to hang out. I have found that I really like this guy... and I am willing to stay this way for a bit. BUT here is the thing....

My friend messaged him on MySpace and he sent her this email:

Hello Wild Woman, I liked your profile. I'm also a single parent who like to make the most of my spare time. You even look like your a blast to hang with. Keep in touch and let me know where your going sometime. I would love to buy you a few and say hello in person. I live by *****. 5 min from you. take care.

SHOULD I CONFRONT HIM.. or is this not my place? Should I stop dating him?

I think if you confront him, he'll think you went behind his back and tried to test him and his loyalty. He'll probably feel like you are being sneaky and get mad.
I definitely think you should leave this guy though. The whole situation is very shady. If he really cared for you, I doubt he'd send that message to another girl.
Also he has not committed to you and you have been there for him through his divorce. Something is just off.

Been there, done that, and we had been hanging out for two and a half years (and he'd been divorced long before). When confronted, he claimed he'd never made any commitment and he was free to do as he wanted. I replied he had made a commitment to the woman he was writing to (or she believed he had) so I walked. Over time, we restored the friendship but not the relationship. She's welcome to him but I doubt he will be honest with her.

let him have his space. that's what you guys agreed on so you really can't do anything about that now accept maybe ramp up your involvement with him if he is willing. Otherwise he's not into you and move on.
