The only offenses that are removed from ones "criminal history" are those legally expunged by order of the court. The rest remain a permanent part of your criminal history!
Best wishes.

Not neccesarily, if you were a minor and the judge told you that then yes. The only thing im aware of disappearing after 7 years is your bad credit and thats only if the company u owe decides not to claim again after the 7 years are up. Now if you live in certain states after seven years you can petition the court in writing to have them expunged basically when a minor does something and they expunge the record no one can see it without a court order and they have to know it was there in the first place. If you have been out of trouble for that long I dont see the court denying your request as long as it wasnt something too horrible.

I know you can get expunged after a year on probation and you have paid all your court fees. First you have to appear before a judge and he decides if he will remove it from your record. I know for felonies you first have to try to get it moved to a misdemenor and then try to get expunged.

Depending on your state's laws, you can request to have your record expunged: "States have very different policies on expungement. Some states may exclude the possibility of expungement, others may limit its availability to people who have no more than one criminal conviction on their records, while others may be more generous. You will also be required to have been discharged from your sentence for a considerable period of time, without further legal incident. You will need to investigate the policies of the jurisdiction which issued the conviction or convictions, in determining whether you are eligible for expungement."

No. A criminal history is just that - a history. Unless the charges were expunged they are still there. I think in some states minor offenses like traffic tickets "fall off your record" after a certain period of time.

This is the craziest thing I have ever heard of. If this were true, then there would be no reason to keep criminal records, and criminals start off with a clean slate every 7 years. Does this sound logical to you? I didn't think so.

Unless expunged, which requires a court order, all offenses, other than most juvenile offenses, remain on your record forever.
