Apply pressure to the wound until the bleeding stops. Preferably sterile gauze should be used. If bleeding does not stop, keep applying pressure and call for help (911) immediately.

apply direct pressure, if bleeding is life threatening and can't be stopped any other way, apply a tournquet between the wound and the heart, (closer to the wound of course) make certain you note the time the tourny was applied (most first responders write it on the forehead, list which part of body it is on and the time aplied) and make certain to loosen it every 8-10 minutes for about 20-30 seconds. this helps save tissue for the doc to work with and can prevent the loss of the appendage.

depends where the bleeding is from. externally ,apply pressure and call 911 .

use a tourniquet to stop the blood flow to that area and then go to hospital but if u don't think u can make it without passing out call the paramedics

Get a washed-out 1 gallon milkjug and save that stuff.
Steaks come predrained.
Good blood is hard to find.
