Everyone's opinion on what's sluttly is different
Personally if I see a girl and she has shorts on and her *** cheeks are hanging out and she is barely wearing a bra for a shirt then in my opinion she's dressing "slutty" and it is unattractive, however, I also think if a girl is wearing a mini skirt with heels and a cute top that she is attractive and not sluttly but alot of people would call her a slut.
Everybody sees "sluttly" in a different way
I wear mini skirts all the time and even though I am married and see guys looking and it gives me a little boost of self confidence and makes me smile. Any girl that says she doesn't get that little boost is a liar in my opinion lol

I don't necessarily like it or hate it, I don't really condemn a girl for dressing like that, but i would never date a girl who dressed like that. If a girl dresses as a slut shes just gonna get treated like one by the guys. They will only use her for pleasure, none of them will really be looking for more when they see a girl like that.

I hate it. It's just a sense of insecurity that they have inside themself that makes them do that. I loose respect for girls who dress slutty because they have no respect for themselves.

I don't like sluts or when girls dress like it. I'd prefer someone to dress with some class if that's okay.

Like it, sure... Eye candy.
But if she's trying to get my attention in order to date me... Not attractive at all.
