There is no such cleaner. None really do what they claim and they all disappoint. Some are frauds who download a lot more junk on your system. I do not recommend anyone mess with any of these.
Reformat your hard drive. Back up all data you wish to keep, get your system restore disc and device drivers beforehand, then go to it.
It will take 2 hours.
