After all, it is only christians who preach from the bible, and so many of them contradict each other is it any wonder there is confusion?

Who needs Satan when you have several million christians arguing with each other over what this means and what that means?

You my friend have a very valid point. We are our own worst enemies and in a way Gandhi was correct. We are to blame for the poor showing of Christianity today. Actually we should apologize to people such as yourself because of this you use it for an excuse not to convert and that is too bad, I think.

Christians alone? Really? you know you are probably right, maybe they should stop it all, you know the soup kitchens, the salvation army helping disaster victims, the family crises centers, the billions they give each year to orphanages, the sick, and the hospitalized. forget the habitat for humanity, the billions they spend on medicine in these third world countries. You're right, they really should just get out of it all, and let the government take over, after all the government can do so much a better job, who wouldn't want a IRS official at their bed side as they slip into eternity.

Nobody needs Satan, thanks for supporting that notion.

I am pretty sure that more than Christians read the Bible, but the confusion lies in the hearts of those that refuse to believe...not in those who beleive and are studying to learn the teachings.

Yes, I suppose someone as yourself would be better off not listening to those who confuse you.

There are other rooms with lighter topics for you such as "pets", "television", "games" and of course you should definitely visit the "diet & fitness" category. These will be much easier issues for you to understand and give you some valuable information on self improvement!

God bless you in your new category

There are MANY who pose as Christians in order to confuse and deceive. Jesus said in Matthew 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

If a lie is told then the truth must not be far away.

You have obviously never heard of Military Intelligence or Government Bureaucracy.

Then there's the track record of science... Man will never fly. Continental Drift is just a dumb theory. Can't happen. Cold Fusion. Shall I go on?

Not true,

The biggest group of Christians are the Catholics, and we even have a book, in print, with all of our beliefs in it. no reason for contradiction or confusion.

It is called the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Peace!

There are several, simple, doctrines that are 100% Scriptural. The more complicated doctrines are up to each individual person to define himself.

You equate the evils of Satan with the arguments of Christians? Please, you can't be that ill-educated? Arguments and confusion don't kill people, maim them or make them ill - they are just arguments. Some sense of proportion for the next question, OK?
