2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1-1/2 tablespoon oat
1/4 teaspoonbaking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
9/16 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1-1/2 tablespoon nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup apple juice
9/16 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 tablespoon honey
1 egg whites
1-1/2 grated carrots

you can estimate 9/16 as 1/2 but seriously all cake pans should be the same size usually and you really dont have to go through cuttin nothin in half if this is a carrot cake recipe; im bored at work thats why i took the time to answer your question

Is this a serious question? Just divide all ingredients by two, and reduce cooking time slightly (but not half).
So 2/3 cup flour, 1 1/2 Tbsp oats, 1/4 tsp baking soda etc.

Is that a carrot cake? Just make the whole batch and freeze half for when you don't feel like baking. Easier that way.
