I got a notice of Infraction in WA, since I was involved in a road accident. can I pay th the penalty by mail? Can anybody help in checking the status by internet or by phone ?

The notice should have the needed procedures on the back. Some notices can be paid by mail. You check the Guilty box and mail in the indicated amount to the address on the notice. In some cases, you may be required to go to court. Again, the notice should say. You can also call the phone number on the notice for additional information. I don't know of any county here in Washington that you can do that over the internet.
