You need to return to your home country and apply for a fiance visa from there. Once approved you can re-enter the US. You have a certain amount of time to get married after you enter the country (I think it's a year).

DO NOT. If you are found in violation of the immigration act you can be fined $250,000 and be barred from the US for up 10 yrs. I am married to an American, we tired the I129f and failed. I traveled to the US on a visitor visa and married my husband and returned to my country. She will have to file all the papers on your behalf. And i could take up a year or more before anything happens. It would be hard to explain to dept of homeland security why you stayed and that you lied upon entry to the Us. Also you will need to pay a fee to retreive your declaration document at the time you entered in order to obtain your adjustment of status. US customs are trained to spot potential violators. File the papers first.

no you will have to go back to your county and depending if you have been here more than 180 days illegaly as these people like to call it.. you will have a 10 year ban..but if your wife can prove that it will be an extreme hardship for her you will only be out of the country from 6 months to 2 years..... If u dont want to leave you will have to wait for them to bring back that law that was called HR something ...when you can marry a us citizen no matter your status and get your citizenship....goood luck to ya

Sorry but you have to apply from your home country. It doesn't matter that your parent brought you here illegally. You are still an illegal alien!

You will have to go home, start the paperwork there and then come back to become legal. DO IT THE RIGHT WAY!

Don't marry her in her go to Mexico then let her apply for your residence. Otherwise; they will know you are illegal here and will not let you fix your papers for ten years. Anyway consult with a lawyer maybe there is something else you can do to obtain you papers here.
Good Luck!!
Congratulations on your marriage!!

Yeah , you can get a 100 year old woman with one foot in the grave and one on a banana peeling, if you marry a woman like Mrs. Vitter that states if Vitter ever did to her what Bill Clinton did to Hillary , she would never forgive him like Hillary , she would be another Bobbitt, so be careful not to marry another Mrs. Vitter.

You should have went home the minute you turned 18 and did things the right and legal way. You brought this on yourself.

Yes of course! I think you just do a civil marriage and then have her appy for you or sponsor you. You will probably have to go to interviews where you will have to prove that your marriage is legit. People do this all the time! Good Luck!

dood. take a trip to canada or mexico, apply for a us visa, return. no need to ruin your life over this. and there are lots of rules about that whole marriage thing.

my way = 2 days
your way = a lifetime of pain, misery, and regret.
