What are some of the best exercises I can do at the gym or at home to have a toned, firm bun?

Something that helps a lot - start sqeezing - hold for like 10 seconds - and releasing your butt cheeks like when you are on the phone talking, when you are watching commericals inbetween shows, when you are at stoplights in the car, or (depending on what you are wearing -as to be descrete) - waiting in the grocery line....

Try doing them in sets of three, 15 squeezes each set.

It may sound too easy - but hey! It works! Try it!

Squats are your best bet, as well as running, stairs, ballet and swimming.
