Just curious.

Hi :)
Um okay well you need to call of the product manufacturer.
Free fruit cups for life! No, most likely there not going to need to see the Fruit cup. If the makers are Dole here is the link:
http://www.dole.com/CompanyInfo/Contact/ContactUs1.jsp
I recently purchased a salad from Wendy's, sealed, airtight
you know they pre-package them. I get to the bottom and a mini black beetle was frozen dead in the bottom.
I knew I didn't have any nuts in the salad and felt my fork crunch when hitting the plastic bowl. These places are
getting more and more carefree.
You can sue for this stuff and make mucho bucks!
Keep Rockin!

Call the company which is the maker of the product and they will send u a box to mail it back to them, postage is on them, it will include a paper for you to fill out with your name, address and so on. Once they exam the product they will get back to you and know what they found and probably send u coupons for free mandarin oranges. But definetely call them almost all packages have 1-800 numbers on them.

Sue! Sue everybody. Sue Wal-mart, the school, the lunch box company, the company that made the fruit cup, and regretably your daughter. If your lawyer won't take the case, sue him too.

If you are concerned that other products could have hair in them contact the manufacture of the product, their 800# should be on the packaging or go on-line and contact them through their web site. If you do this KEEP THE CONTAINER AND THE HAIR in case they want to see it and have it returned. Hope this helps.
