Google up "U.S. Army".

Find out his current assignment, and address your letter to there. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised when either he or his aide answers.

Contrary to other's opinion, all officers of the military are public servants. (They are appointed by Congress, not elected.)

Personally, I always wondered about the wisdom of Congress, appointing me (way back when). I never made General, but the military was kind of fun.

While he is a public servant, he does NOT answer to you. He answers to the commanders (all generals) and the civilians (3) over him.

I would not give you his email address, because he is far too busy running a war and interrupted enough in that endeavor trying to explain to congress how that is going.

Gotta question? I may be inclined to answer it. Ask it here. Perhaps even, he will take a few minutes out of his busy day trying to protect 2 nations directly and half the world indirectly and reply as well. But somehow, I don't think he does alot on Yahoo Answers.

Let me just add, that he has the experience, training and education to run a war, whereas civilians, those with military service now in Congress, and even lower level members of the military do NOT. He has dedicated his life to the endeavor and you'd be more qualified to coach an NFL football team than to give advise to a military commander.

He is not a public servant. He is a military leader. He is not accountable to you.
