We all know taking good care of our bodies, is done by eating right, getting enough excercise and rest, but how do you take care of your spirit? I do through Prayer, walking on the beach to see GOD's magnificent creation, meditating on GOD's wonderful blessings of Strength, Courage, Hope, Faith Love
and Ultimate PEACE..
Is thier really another way to feed the soul without GOD?
Our bodies one day will grow old weary. tired and turn to dust, but the Spirit remains strong and lives on with GOD.
Thoughts?

The same way that you take care of your body.
Exercise..by walking in the word
A proper diet....of sound wisdom and prayer, growing on the meat of the bible.
Rest.....in the shelter
Peace...in our life in Christ

From what I am learning from personel experience is the better your Spirit is the better you are. And that God will be the best counseler anyone can had as He can see what Human counselers can't. I know because I just was baptized in The Holy Spirit a little over a month ago and I hve been suffering from emotional illness for years. After Baptism, God has been helping me see my past and everything connected to it in a different way and slowly I am healing from the inside.

You seem like a nice person, but you have a tendency to confuse fact with assumption. The existence of God is an assumption, because neither you or anyone knows for sure.
A fact is something you can verify through testing, observation etc.
faith can be directed in a number of things, and faith in something besides Jesus is just as valid as your faith
Just trying to help with any confusion

that's actual that a Christian might desire to take care of their bodies and wellbeing because of the fact we are a temple of the Holy Spirit. besides the indisputable fact that, that's even truer that a Christian might desire to be following God and Heaven first formerly the rest. this implies if exercising consultation gets in the way of serving God because of the fact which you have not have been given sufficient time and/or funds to realize this, one shouldn't exercising in view that's hindering the dominion of Heaven. it quite is considered in a million Timothy 4:8.

Prayer, exercising virtue, Holy Communion, Confession. Just being in his presence at Mass even. I have noticed that often times things of this world are signs of things in the spirit world, for instance: if you leave a piece of material that is of a dark color out in the sun it will automatically begin to bleach out just by sitting there, so just being in his presence brings about a healing change if you love him.

What spirit?
My body can be seen, has mass. How well it is working can be physically verified.
If you want to claim that you have a spirit do the same for it.
Until then you are just spouting claptrap to give yourself positive feedback on your delusions.
