Everything listed above, plus if it is in a truck, then you are going to need to find a suitable place to mount the amplifier and the subwoofers. The amp should be secured down with tome screws, off the carpet or any place where moisture might build up from boots, shoes ect. The subwoofers are easy enough to hid if you have an extended cab truck and want to keep the versitility of the rear bench seat. The walmart kits are cheap, but they will work for normal systems. Just remember you get what you pay for. Another way is to go to knuconceptz.com and check out their assortment. You may be waiting on shipping time, that would be the only downfall.

It depends on what your system consists of. If it's just an amp and subs, you can get an amp install kit that includes power wiring, fuse and fuse holder, RCA cables, remote turn-on wire and speaker cable. If you also plan to install speakers and deck, you'll need to buy the deck mounting kit, wire harness, antenna adapter and speaker harnesses separately.

you will basically need to get an amp installation kit and if you are upgrading your head unit you will also need to get a wire harness for that, and also some wires to go from the amp to your subs.. you cant get it all in one kit because the wire harnesses are vehicle specific and the amp kits are based on how much power you are going to be using. ythe more power the thicker the wire you are going to need.
