Does anyone know where a good, reliable, FREE English to Latin translation site is? Or is there anyone that can do it for me??
I am trying to get this: "Be the change you wish to see in the world" translated into Latin for a tattoo.

The first answer above is complete nonsense, and shows that on-line translation sites are useless, or worse. Many of them do not even know the difference between verbs and nouns, and none of them can decide which meaning of an English word should apply.
change = coins, change = an alteration, change = put different clothes on, change = make different.
A while ago there was a question about English to Latin translation here and it turned out that there were FIVE different Latin words for "darkness", depending on just which kind of darkness was being talked about.
The priest at your local Roman Catholic church is the likeliest person to be able to give you a correct Latin translation.

The translations you have received are absolute rubbish. That's what you get when you use online translators. I always caution people against getting a tattoo in a language they have never studied. There may be subtleties of meaning you do not understand, or the translation may not capture the meaning you are looking for. Also, any of us are capable of making a mistake or typo, which will then become permanent on your body. Finally, there are many ways to translate even a simple phrase or sentence. Proceed at your own risk. Here is my translation: ubi verba deficiunt, cantus loquuntur Where (or when) words fail, songs speak. Again, I advise you not to get it tattooed on your body, especially since my Latin is a bit rusty.

You are not going to get many replies to this because what you are trying to translate is in bad English. Try re-phrasing it and you may have more luck - I studied Latin.
People ask for translations out of context. If they could only be bothered to give a little more background/context, they would get more meaningful replies.
