You could, it wouldn't hurt you or anything but the second pot wouldn't be strong at all, and would probably taste strange.

No. The flavor in the grounds were already used from the first batch of coffee. If you don't want to spend another $1 for a pot of coffee, just serve tap water. It'll at least taste better than water mixed with reused filtered coffee grounds.

You can, but the taste and texture will be VERY noticable. Texture because if a filter (I'm assuming you're talking about a paper filter) is reused the grounds will start to slip through the filter (hence the filter isn't doing its job). And taste, well that's just like any other food. If cooked carrots or steak is recooked, the flavor will not be the same. The same is true of coffee if you're using used grounds.

Are you kidding me? Think about it. The pressure from the water on the grounds makes the coffee in the first pot. What will happen if you put more water on the same grounds? I think you will get a really weak pot of coffee just like your little blond brain.

NO, it's better to use fresh filter and ground. You don't want ground that's been sitting over night. For the freshest coffee, use new ones.

you can but its not a good idea. when you reuse the grounds the water extracts more of the bitter acids and less of the flavor oils, giving you weak bitter coffee

ya but i have to agree the flavor won't be as great. if you are just into recycling ive heard that used coffee grounds make great fertilizer - don't know from experience tho

During WWII, with a shortage of coffee, we damned sure did, although we added a bit more coffee.
Doesn't always taste fresh.

well you can if you don't want your coffee as strong as the 1st pot.

The best way is to start fresh with every pot!
