I'm 31 and I live in a small city. It seems most folks lock themselves up at home on the weekends. Internet dating sucks. I'm agnostic, so church is not an option. I don't like drinking, so bars are out. Coffee shops are full of 18 and 19 year olds... so I don't think that is viable. Where else is there to meet women for dating?

I'm looking for a serious relationship... not that picky as far as personalities, I get along with most anyone.

Most towns have some clubs or sports teams that provide the opportunity to be active and meet others in the community. The main thing is that you get out and get the chance to interact with others. If people know you are "looking", they are usually willing to "match" you up with others.
Don't know if you are into running, but there are lots of people who go to road races and don't mind meeting new people.
You might try volunteering to be a coach for a "youth" sports team; that way you could meet single mothers who would be about your age and not into the drinking/partying thing anymore.
