Recently all i can think about is guys and i really want a boyfriend! I know it sounds really desperate but i cant help it, and i just get like random urges to kiss hot guys who i see in the street! I don't have a boyfriend and i need some tips on how to get one..? I think i have a good personality and i'm quite pretty (sorry if that sounded arrogant) however i do have really small boobs, do you think this is turning guys off? Why don't I have a boyfriend?! And why am I going through such a guy-crazy phase? please help!

ya know i am going through the same thing
well some tips are to go after a guy you like unless you see a guy at the mall and then just talk to them at the mall
now if u go for a random guy u see on the street dont kiss him...just like start talking to him and then like when you have to leave get a phone number or name or myspace url
if u want a guy you know then find out what he likees to do....if he likes to skateboard then ask him to teach you how to skateboard
spend time with whoever you like and let them get to know you better
u should be able to get a boyfirend just dont act desperate around guys

You're 16... Just starting to get interested in boys. I had my first girlfriend when I was 17. And it wasn't very special... I got rid of her in less than 2 months. Ever since, I've been single... Now I'm turning 20. They tell me patience...

Don't rush into anything Sweetie. Being 16 your hormones are going crazy. Take it slow and just have some fun, don't get tied down. And as far as your boobs, Don't worry those will develop in time, don't do anything drastic as far as cosmetic surgery to get them bigger. Stay natural, believe me you will thank me and yourself later..

Dont worry, a guy you may not be expecting may be watching you and really likes you.
Dont flirt... please! Only some guys like flirty girls and those are the players. If you want a serious, sensitive guy then just be yourself and dont worry about you boobs.
