You can get it at practically any supermarket. It's by all the other grain products like in the rice and bean aisle. I could even get couscous at a podunk supermarket in the midwest.

You can buy them from any supermarkets like Vons or Trader Joes. They're everywhere readily available. YOu can even buy seasoned ones from Zacharrans.(red package)
