I love silver queen corn on the cob. available in the new jersey area. i also love sweet potato baked with some butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. i dont turn down broccoli with cheese sauce. But what I eat most is salads with baby mixed greens, avocado, baby carrots, onions, preferably homegrown tomato. Big ups to the veggies.

Leeks. I sweat Leeks in olive oil and them blend them with skimmed milk and Marigold bouillon. I use it as a sauce on steameed broccoli. Yum!
